We are super excited to be Memphis’ first and only cinnamon roll and organic coffee shop! In times like these we look forward to making your day brighter with our baked treasures.

Our rolls are light and fluffy with a delicate chew. Made from 100% Organic Flour and freshly ground Chemical Free Spelt grain, you will not find a more delicious cinnamon roll. If butter and cinnamon ever married this roll would be the product of their love.

Unlike most icings, our icings are a perfect balance of butter and sugar. We use no artificial flavorings or fats. The six standard toppings that you can choose from are:

• Cream Cheese Frosting
• Coffee Buttercream
• Cinnamon Buttercream
• Homemade Caramel
• Vanilla Glaze
• Chocolate Drizzle
• and seasonal specialty rolls

Like our cinnamon rolls, our slider buns are made from 100% Organic flour and freshly ground Chemical Free Spelt grain. Spelt is an ancient grain that is packed with minerals and an awesome nutty flavor. How do you like your breakfast slider? Build your own!

• Fresh Tomato Slice

• American, Pepper Jack, Provolone Cheese, or Smoked Gouda

You will never choose a doughnut again after you try our slider bun topped with vanilla glaze or caramel drizzle or BOTH! The glazed slider has the chew of a yeast doughnut without all of the grease!

We vow to serve only organically grown and/or rain-forest certified coffee. This month our coffees come from three different roasters that desire to make our world a better place through fair business practices and natural growing methods.
